Why can’t Krishna keep all happy? Why should He make us commit sins?
Actual Questions from two devotees:
(1) i just want to know. is every thing is already done by krishna? what is happened and what going to be happen for us is already fixed by krishna?
(2) You said in one of your answer to someone’s question that what we are facing today is just because of our past life karma’s but someone has said that without god’s grace not a single leaf can move.. so our past life karma are also done by god’s grace na then why are we given fruits according to our karma ?
If god has the potential to do any thing and nothing is impossible for him then why can’t Krishna keep all happy? Why he gives pain to everyone?

Both questions are commonly arising in the minds of starting level neophyte devotees.
Why should Krishna make us commit sins?
Everything in our life happens as planned by OURSELVES, NOT KRISHNA, ie, according to our past karma. We can either add or escape from karma.

Why should we be punished by our past karma as Krishna Himself made us to add karma in the previous birth?
The reason is clear:
We could have avoided adding that new karma using our FREE WILL..
Krishna has mercifully given limited freedom for us. He has NOT given this freedom to all other living beings and they have to take births according to the programmed sequence. They can not perform any new activity and hence can not add new karma.
However, as Krishna wanted all the living beings to come back to Him, He gave them the ability to review and decide which is the right path for them. He has given a certain level of freedom to the humans to either think of Him and come back to Him (or) to think of sense gratification and take births again and again in about 84,00,000 types of births.
No other living being is controlled by karma network. Only the humans are. Why? Because , Only a man can do new work using his thinking ability. As he is able to plan and involve in new works, Krishna has to give the man some mechanism to control him. So, He created karma network.
Let me compare this like this: If a man leads a regulated life as per the instructions of the scriptures and the laws of the country he lives in, he need not fear for the supervising police. Only when a man deviates from the regulated way of life and involves in violative activities like cheating, stealing, etc, he will be caught by the police.
Those who live according to the instructions of the scriptures NEED NOT even think of karma. They can forget about it. Only those who deviate and involve in sinful acts should fear for karma.
What is the procedure of karma network? If you do good in this birth to all, it gives you good next birth. If you do sinful acts, you will be given painful next birth. Or, even animal births.

If you are doing every activity only to please Krishna, you will stop further births and you will be taken to Krishna’s Kingdom or Vaikunta worlds.
So, Krishna has given “Karma Network” as a silent Justice Department only to humans because, He has given the capacity, ie., FREE WILL to involve in NEW karma to HUMANS ONLY.
Why can’t Krishna keep all happy?
As explained above, man has been given FREEWILL to perform new karma. If he uses that freedom to do good for others, he too will be given only happy incidents in his next life. But, if he misuses his freedom to violate, he has to face the reactions. Those who consume salt have to drink water also.
HAD WE WISHED, WE COULD HAVE ESCAPED FROM ADDING NEW KARMA BY USING THE LIMITED FREE WILL GIVEN BY KRISHNA. WE DID NOT USE IT. HENCE WE ADDED KARMA AND SUFFER NOW.

What a golden statement! So, if you like to face only happy incidents in your next birth, do only good to others in this birth. So, some people are suffering now, because they made others suffer in their past.
I like to reply in another angle also: You think something as negative. But, it is positive in the view of Krishna. For example, a devotee girl loves a boy. Krishna separates that guy from that girl devotee because, that boy is a rascal and is pretending as a good boy to her. Krishna does not want His devotees suffer. That devotee cries why Krishna separated that guy from her. She thought it as negative. But, For Krishna, it is positive step for the goodness of His devotee.
So, whatever happens to you is GOOD in the eyes of Krishna as He knows all your past births and hence He will always be trying to protect you from any disaster. If you violate His directions and act as per the directions of your senses, then, you will have to suffer and you can not blame Krishna.
So, believe Krishna. He knows everything. He will do only do good to you – though you view that as bad.
Why should we expect that we should be allowed to violate, but should never be punished for those violations and should always be happy? No chance for that. What we sow, we reap.

So, I can tell you, whether a devotee or a karmi, whoever he may be, if he involves in wrong acts, he will be punished by karma network.
Manu says: “If a brahmana commits an offense, he must be punished 1000 times more than the punishment for other varnas.”
So, we, the devotees should be very careful. They should not function as per the influence of their guna or senses. They should perform activities only to please Krishna. If a devotee acts like this , he is always safe.
Krishna was keeping us with Him initially. We desired to lead others and receive respects. So, we are sent to the material life. Krishna dos not involve in any of our acts. Only if we think of Him, He takes direct involvement in our life and enhances the devotion by giving suitable facilities.
Krishna is ready to keep us always happy. But, we do not allow Him to keep us happy. We act with selfish interests that gives us karmic reactions and rebirth.
So, Live for Krishna; Then Krishna will again give us an eternal life in His kingdom.
