Dealing with Gossiping devotees and non devotees!
A Girl devotee (Name hidden) asked like this:
“Radheshyam Prabhuji This is my muma account I have deleted all social sites to focus on devotion. But, have encountered one problem. Prabhuji, I know some devotees who talk wrong about other devotees behind there back which forces one to form an opinion for a devotee which is wrong. At times even am victim and feel bad that why this is happening. I try my best to avoid materialistic talks still I encounter problems and other devotees criticize me. If they criticize me in Sadhna which m doing I happily accept it but they judge differently. There is my devotee friend whenever we engage in some arguments. she abuses me and what she does is she take screenshots of our chat delete her stuffs and send to many people who doesn’t know me. Then what they say she take screenshot and sent me back to show me what they r saying. same with devotees also. Devotees make opinion of what I haven’t done. how to accept this? if they r saying me anything wrong does it mean Krishna is not happy coz of me?”

Sorry to say, you may also be a reason for those Gossiping devotees and non devotees! for their speaking about you because they are aware that you feel for their talks. This is enough for them to talk more.
Unless we encourage them to talk, they will not talk about us.

In fact, you can use the same social media to learn about Krishna.
I too am a guy who had rural background and who took birth in a small village in the Central Tamil Nadu along the Kavery river bed and who studied only in government schools in Tamil Medium. Even most of the teachers (except a very few) had not known good English in my school. However, I developed SOME English by hearing BBC Radio, All India Radio and Reading English Comics, English News Paper borrowing from a neighbour because of my poverty to purchase news papers.
Now, though I am not good in English, I am managing many sites in English and preaching about Krishna to the worldwide audience who are experts in English and made our site a success.
How was it possible?
Because I used/ desired everything for Krishna.
When I use my simple English for Krishna, He helps me to learn more and more English.
Every day, I learn many new words/ sentences from some our devotees from USA, UK and even from India.

Just because I studied in a Tamil Medium Government School, I did not fear for preaching in English.
If we engage every media for the service of Krishna, He will supply all the essentials.
So, my point is that, we should not reject any opportunity and use them in the service of Krishna.
So, use every media just for Krishna and His creations.
Ok, now, about your problem.
The solution is PROVE YOURSELF.
START NOW and ACT SINCERELY. BECOME BOTH A GOOD EARNER AND GOOD FOLLOWER OF KRISHNA. They will shut their mouth.
When I was in a loan of 20+ lakhs of rupees during the years 1998-99, almost all my relatives decided that I am drowned in the ocean of loan and I can’t come out of my problems. So, they too talked about this whenever they met each other.

Many of them said that I am wasting my time in saying Krishna, Krishna, like that. I did not feel for that. I worked hard with sincerity and WITH THE SUPPORT OF KRISHNA, I cleared all my loans within a short period that no one can believe it. I have written in another post about the miracle of how Krishna helped me to clear my loans.
Now, the same relatives are fully convinced after I proved that my Krishna will not let anyone down.
Now, they too trust that my life was set right by the mercy of Krishna. They discuss about Krishna to me. This change is enough for me.
But, I am unable to follow the life style of the materialistic people of this world because Krishna, while giving me money, has also taught me DETACHMENT WITH MATERIAL PEOPLE AND AFFAIRS.
So, I am just smiling at other people friendly and mingle with them without expectations and just to do any help to them. The Lord has made me matured with His causeless mercy. Krishna alone can do this. Because Krishna is the MASTER OF SENSES.

My relatives and friends wonder how I could set my life right.
They do not know that Krishna is the most powerful person and He will do any wonders to save His dedicated devotees.
You too follow my style in this matter of facing the comments and gossips. You can feel relieved.
Let those people comment or poke. Just keep on praying to Krishna for your growth in devotion. Just spend your spare time in chanting. Have sincere faith in Krishna.
Your problems will gradually come to an end. Those who spoke about you will stop themselves.
