Is Seeking Pardon anonymously for Vaishnava Aparatha approved?

Is Seeking Pardon anonymously for Vaishnava Aparatha approved?

I have already posted the possible ways of repenting for Vaishnava Aparatha in THIS POST and THIS POST. Many of you would have read them. If not, Read now.

A devotee had mailed me having his/her name as ANONYMOUS. From the available inputs, I could not understand whether it is a male or female.

However, the message was clear.

He/she has thought of asking a question to me as a doubt.  Then, he/she thought that I may not know the answer for the same. Now, he/she feels as if she committed a Vaishnava aparatha by thinking that I may not know the answer for her question. So, he/she has avoided asking that question to me.

So, he/she had mailed this to me as anonymous and sought my pardon for repenting from Vaishnava Aparatha.

The message goes like this:

FROM ANONYMOUS:

“Hare Krishna Prabhu ji   Please forgive me Prabhu ji. Today, I had mistakenly done a Vaishnava Aparath against you. I wanted to ask you a question. Later I thought that I should leave it because you probably won’t know. Sorry Prabhu ji, my real meaning was that this question probably doesn’t have a proper answer. I didn’t mean to say anything about your knowledge. Sorry Prabhu ji, I don’t disrespect your knowledge. Please forgive me Prabhu ji. I am very sorry.”

This Post is intended to explain whether the way he/she approached me qualifies for pardon. That means, whether Seeking Pardon anonymously for Vaishnava Aparatha is approved or not.

(1) First of all, what he/she did was not a VAISHNAVA APARATHA at all. Because, he/she did not knowingly hurt me by telling a false thing.  He/she has thought that I may not know the reply.  It is not an offense because she did not hurt me by messaging that I have no knowledge.

Everyone of us is subject to scrutiny.  Even a guru should be accepted only after thorough evaluation as said by our scriptures.

(2) So, silently doubting a Vaishnava without hurting him is not an offense!  Though you consider it as an offense, in this Kaliyuga, offenses within mind is forgiven.

Only if a person knowingly hurts or insults a Vaishnava in person or thru any media, it is an offense.

However, such thoughts will make us a pessimistic and a fault finder! So, instead of doubting, just evaluate a Vaishnava’s eligibility to guide others. Don’t doubt him straightaway.

(3) He/she might be a new comer to our Site and Social media pages. There are many devotees who are associated in our media since the year 2011, 2012, 2013, etc. They may know me well as a guy who clears all kinds of the doubts of the devotees.

But, new comers may not know that. So, they may doubt me.  I understand that.  No issues in such thoughts.

(4) But, just because I am replying all the questions, it does not mean that I know everything about Krishna and Society.

(Remedy for insulting Krishna out of frustration for silly reasons! READ HERE!)

Because, No One, even Brahma deva knows fully about Krishna.  Because, Krishna has no limits.  Only when there are limits, we can estimate how much we have learnt about Krishna.  How can we say that we fully know about a person who has no limits and boundaries?

(5) The fact is that I am managing this service, not doing it.

What is the difference between managing and doing?

Take an office.

The staff like the clerks and accountants are DOING their job.

They have to do their work on their own.

But, the manager of the same office have to ensure that the target is achieved by the collective efforts of the staff working under him.

That means, the manager is managing the works of all the staff and get the works done by them.

So, a manager/ administrator need not be an expert in doing the job of the last level employee. He ensures that the targets have been achieved because of the collective efforts of all the employees.

(RESULT OF VAISHNAVA APARATHA – STORY! READ HERE!)

Similarly, I am just administering, i.e., managing this service.  I am indebted  to many people for the knowledge I have now.  I have learnt from the writings oacharyas including Srila Prabhupada, his disciples, grand disciples, etc.  I learn even from an ant that follows a discipline in its movement and cooperative approach with the other ants and saving food materials for rainy season.

Thus, we do not own anything in this world. The devotees ask many questions. They are answered by me using my own experience, using the guidance given by previous acharyas, Scriptures and Krishna Himself.

So, I need not be the knower of all the knowledge. I am managing this media. So, I have to serve the devotees by making right answers and knowledge available for them. That knowledge has the sources as me, acharyas, scriptures and of course ultimately Krishna Himself who is the original and first source of all knowledge.

So, what you thought about me was not offensive.

So, If I take your thoughts as aparatha, that means, I accept that I know everything.

But, I never think so.

If you say that I am managing this service well, I will accept it.

If you say that I am the source of this knowledge, I won’t accept it.

(How to come out of the Guilt of my Illicit Violative Offenses in Vrindavan? READ HERE!)

I have been blessed by Krishna with some little knowledge and I arrange the necessary knowledge for you.

So, you did not think offensively.

(6) However, you could have sent that doubt to me in a hope that I will give or arrange a perfect reply thru proper sources and superiors.

(7) Ok.  I have said that you have not offended me. Though you take it as a Vaishnava Offense, you can not get relief by asking for the pardon anonymously.

That Vaishnava should know whom he is going to forgive and what offense you did.

So, you should present yourself with your identity and the details of offenses and then ask for forgiveness.

(AVOID VAISHNAVA OFFENSE –  STORY! READ HERE!)

Then only, your ego will break. Hence it is the right way of repenting for Vaishnava Aparatha. Since you have hidden your name, your ego still exists. So, relief is not possible.

(8) An offender should seek pardon from the affected person or Vaishnava by surrendering his ego beyond the doubts.

That Vaishnava should know that he is forgiving ‘this or that’ person.

But,  Seeking Pardon anonymously for Vaishnava Aparatha is not approved

Then, if he accepts your apology, your offense is forgiven.

This is the right way of getting rid of Vaishnava offense, or, offense against any person.

However, don’t worry, I did not take your thoughts about me as offense because in front of Krishna, all are fools – YES, ALL.

So, Seeking Pardon anonymously for Vaishnava Aparatha is not approved and such an offense is non existing.

Happy?
