Four Powerful gateways of sins in the body of every person live between his two ears.
What are they?
Two eyes, Nose, Tongue and Ears are the 4 gateways of sins in our body between the ears. There is another important master enemy that lies between ears in the brain as recordings. It is your Mind.

Eyes are the prime organs that see every object and then sends the image to brain for evaluation. So, Eyes are THE MOST POWERFUL enemies if we do not keep them under control.
For example, a boy falls in relation with a girl Just after his first sight of that girl through eyes. Eyes give the message to Mind that there is a very charming girl. Then, Mind evaluates what things can be done with that girl and tell that person to speak to that girl or touch her.
So, that boy falls into the charming beauty of a girl. So, eyes have made him to fall.

Then nose and tongue.
Every person spoils his body by consuming fast foods, masala foods, pungent foods, etc. Their nose first smells such foods and sends message to the brain that there is a nice food with pleasant smell. Next, the tongue starts watering. It tastes that food and confirms to the mind that the food is really delicious. So, he consumes too much of masala foods and then his health gets affected with piles, acidity, ulcer, cancer, etc.
So, nose and tongue are also our major enemies.
In some cases, the diversion comes through ears when we hear nonsense sings or lectures using our ears.
Another one is Mind.
Mind is the reporting center of our body senses. It induces and give commands to all the organs to perform every act.
So, Mind is like Pen drive with the data. When the mind gives a command considering the data in it, then, all the senses implement them.

For example, a boy sees a two wheeler show room. His eyes send the details of that two wheeler to the mind. Then, the evaluates that two wheeler considering the data recorded in it about all two wheelers and then take a decision to send that person to that show room. So, his mind induces that person to go to that show room. Then, his legs proceed to the show room.
Thus, Eyes, nose, tongue, ears and mind are the four major enemies that make a person fall in life.
CONTROLLING a sense and mind is practically impossible because we see, hear and think many attractive things in our day to day life that are displayed by maya. Unless you show more powerful options for your senses, you can not regulate them.
So, we are in a compulsion to engage our mind and senses in the most powerful attraction Krishna.

Instead of controlling the senses, seriously involve them in the thoughts, worship and service to Krishna.
Involve your eyes in seeing the Deities of the Lord Krishna.
Involve your nose in smelling the flowers offered to Krishna and smell the Krishna prasadam.
Involve your tongue in tasting the prasadam and in speaking about Krishna.
Think always about Lord even while working thereby keeping your mind Krishna Conscious.
If you develop a real taste in Krishna and engage your eyes, ears nose and tongue, those senses will become your friends and direct you towards Lord.
If you do not regulate these 4 gateways of sins, they will direct you towards maya and violations.
