If possible, could you please explain what really is spiritual power?
I have another question about Strong Venus. I have strong Venus and read a lot that there are more chance for falling down from devotional practice.
How a person acquired strong Venus, what sort of activity have I done for that?

Before answering about the Planets that give fall down from devotion, Let me explain what is spiritual power!
WHAT IS CALLED SPIRITUAL POWER?
Spiritual power is the power acquired by us by acting as spirit, ie, athma, ie, soul.
Can’t you understand?
Ok, I will elaborate.
Now, we are acting as a body in our day to day life.
People buy car and use it to travel even one km distance;

They get disturbed seeing the persons of opposite sex;
They get pride (false ego) if they face success and they cry if they face failures that shows their material attachment level. Material attachment is body and mind oriented.
They like to show themselves beautiful.
If others gain something big, they feel jealous.
They cry seeing the death; They rejoice seeing the birth of a child forgetting their responsibilities.
They feel as if got the heavenly life itself when they feel the few minutes pleasures they get during mating.
Thus, the people are living considering themselves the bodies.
They forget that the body related activities and relations are short lived.
These “material powers” that a person possess are short lived and will end when they die.
Then, what is spiritual power?
The Power that one acquires because of those activities done through athma, ie, soul, ie, spirit is “spiritual power”.
What are the activities that can be done by athma, ie, spirit?
An athma has only one activity: Being connected with its master Krishna, ie, Paramathma.
By being connected with Krishna, athma feels the highest bliss that is athma’s REAL POSITION.

Why that bliss?
Because when athma is connected with Krishna, it will not have contaminations of material attachments and desires.
So, that athma is in the pure state.
In that pure state, it is connected with Krishna.
Hence the bliss.
When a person, as athma remains connected with Krishna, in due course of time gets spiritual power.
When a person acts as body, he will do the activities as listed in the beginning that are binding and temporary.
So, a person’s material power is only till his body exists.
But, when a person acts as athma, ie, Spirit, he gains enormous spiritual power of Purity derived from Krishna Himself.
When a metal is kept under the sun, it gets heated because it receives heat from the sun.
Similarly, when a person who acts as the spirit or athma is under Krishna; Therefore, he gets Spiritual power from Krishna.

In fact, even a Pure athma itself has more spiritual power.
Only when it gets purified and connected with Krishna, that spiritual power is exhibited.
That is why, when a pure devotee says something, it happens. He will be able to forecast the future happenings through “Divya Dhrishti”.
Krishna, as Supreme Lord too exhibited such a divya dhrishti in many places.
For example, He told Draupati in advance that all her children and Kauravas will be killed and pandavas will be alive after the war.
Since Krishna is 100% Spiritual, He exhibited such a Spiritual Power. Divya dhrishti is also a part of Spiritual power.
Thus, when a person lead a pure life as athma by connecting with Krishna all the time, the power gained by him is Spiritual power.

Actually, Not Venus alone is the cause for having more material attachments. There are some other Planets that give fall down from devotion. Mars, Rahu, Ketu, etc., when present in the 7th or 8th houses too give more material desires and hence difficulties in following devotion.

When Venus joins with mars, the situation will be more difficult. He/ she may not be able to control his/ her senses easily.
