How to prevent rebirth because of Small desires induced by media?

“One senior devotee was telling in his youtube lecture, that every smallest desire in our mind will force us to take births. He gave example that suppose we have desire and liking towards cheese. So, Krsna will give us next life in such a way that say we will be born in a Sweet Shop’s owner’s family, and we will be surrounded by cheese and other milk products to eat and enjoy as much as we want, and then after some time we will be frustrated with those items and hate even seeing them, what to speak of eating anymore. So we again have to take birth due to that “hatred” towards cheese. In which we will always hate cheese and even kill all the cheese shop owners due to anger (this was his exact words), and then we will be implicated in further and further karmic reactions. Now, we got birth due to just cheese, but after getting birth, we also have to study, do job and earn money maintain family and child responsibility. So isn’t this a big trap? We wanted only cheese, but we got so many extra life burdens along with this little thing? We only desired cheese so why couldn’t Krsna fulfilled desired in such a way that we could enjoy cheese only without these unnecessary responsiblities?
Second doubt is that, Nowadays due to social media and internet. People are watching every second movie web series video games and this is making infinite number of impressions and various desires in their subtle minds, regarding food, machines, travelling adventure fun etc. Previously without tv and internet people may not have access of whole world, but now people are seeing so many things and capturing impressions through eyes, Even devotees are stucked in this and they even have to often see and listen the Blasphemy of god and devotees accidently in videos. And punishment for this is severe in scriptures. So do the people of current age have to take infinite births due to using internet? Doesn’t it will take uncountable years for each and every desire they got? What exactly will happen in this case?”

(i) If we like or hate a sweet or food item, how to avoid getting rebirth after heavenly or hellish lives just to fulfill the desire of eating more sweets?
(ii) Is watching the sins and violations in Videos and other media and getting impressed gives multiple rebirths?

Rebirth does not happen just because we take sweets or snacks or food.

But, it happens in which form we take sweets or snacks or food.
If we prepare sweets or snacks or food for our desire and pleasure and eat them to satisfy our tongue, it gives rebirth.
As you said, if you later hate the sweets or snacks or food, it may even give animal births or hellish life.
So, there is a simple solution to prevent rebirth because of Small desires induced by media and get Krishna using the same food preparations.
Just prepare any sweets or snacks or food FOR KRISHNA and offer that food to Him with love and dedication, and the honour that sweets or snacks or food as Prasadam, the same sweets or snacks or food will deliver you from the material clutches and will take you to Krishna’s Kingdom.
How it happens?
Because, when you offewr the same sweets or snacks or food to Krishna, that food is purified from karma and contaminations and become absolutely pure. When Krishna tastes them, those sweets or snacks or food become Spiritualized by Krishna.

When we honour that prasadam respectfully considering it as Krishna Himself, we become purified and our inner spiritual strength increases day by day. When we become spiritually strong, we will lose our attachment with the materials.
So, we will come up in our devotion to Krishna that will take us to Krishna Himself.
Now, you know the idea of avoiding rebirth though we like sweets or snacks or food.
Since we consider them as Krishna Prasadam, we will never hate those sweets or snacks or food Prasadam. Who will hate prasadam?

Try your best to avoid the media that show such binding and inducing contents. Though you happen to see them sometimes, don’t watch them further. Once you find that it is such an ugly media, stop seeing further. Close at the same second.
The attachment comes only when you willingly watch them enjoying the watched contents.

Just by accidental watching, you will not get contamination.
You may have to see such scenes in the parks, beach, bus, train, etc. Just don’t take them to the brain. Just divert your eyes to another direction and proceed.
Keep always chanting while walking, travelling, etc.
Small innocewnt violations will always be forgiven just by chanting one round of Hare Krishna.
Only if you willingly involve in any binding acts and continue that to receive pleasure to your senses, it will bind you and give rebirth.
Even the Regulated Sex used to get children and raising them as devotees is a permitted activity. Krishna Himself says this in Bhagavad Gita.
Then, why do you worry about such unavoidable sight of unwanted contents seen by you?
Just neglect them and proceed with your goal of satisfying Krishna through this human life.
You will always be surrounded by unwanted sights whenever you go out or even through media within home. Just avoid them. If you accidentally see them, just neglect them, Say HARE KRISHNA Maha manthra once and proceed with your work.
Work for Krishna. Do everything for Krishna. Keep chanting wherever and whenever possible. Then these unavoidable violations will be forgiven. So, there will be no worry of how to prevent rebirth because of Small desires induced by media.
