Do Astro Remedies (Parihars) Clear Karma or Postpone Karma?

Manuka Rahul asked like this:

“Hare Krishna Prabhuji, Dandavat Pranam, Remedies to Nava Grahas and Demi Gods helpful in erasing bad karma or remedies to Nava Grahas do they transfer bad karma to future in present birth or future births?

Lord Krishna says in 18.66 Bhagavat Gita Surrender Unto Me.I shall protect You.

How Should a devotee think and Act about past bad karma exhaustion?”

REPLY:

This is a good question that needs clarification.

Parihars means that we accept some pains to get relief from the doshas in our horoscope.

Doshas means the share of the negative karma given for us to fae the reactions in this birth.

For example, if we spoil the life of a girl or boy in love and lust by creating trust in his/ her mind, it reflects as Kalathra dosha or Naga dosha in marriage related house in our horoscope in this birth.

(ARE PARIHARS / REMEDIES REALLY EFFECTIVE FOR DOSHAS IN HOROSCOPE? READ HERE!)

If we spoil our or others’ family by not allowing that family flourish, we get Naga dosha in the family related second house in our horoscope in this birth.

Thus, doshas occur in this birth in the respective houses in our horoscope according to the nature of violations in the previous births.

Such activities are given reactions birth after birth by allotting a quantity share of Prarapta karma in every birth.

Parihars (Remedies) are done to please the particular planet that is going to give the reactions of doshas.

If the devata, ie, deity controlling the concerned planet is satisfied with the Parihars done by us, IF THAT DEVATA DECIDES, the severity of the reactions is reduced.

For example, if the dosha indicates NO MARRIAGE, doing some parihars may modify it as DELAYED MARRIAGE beyond the age 35. For Shani dosha, it may even be 40.

This means, when we do some parihars, and hence get married in the age of 35 or 40, we would have sacrificed the marital pleasures during our young age.

Having marital pleasures after the age 40 is less enjoyable than that in the young age.

So, we do some parihars; The planet’s adi devata implements another parihar upon us by delaying our marriage.

Sacrificing the pleasures till the age 40 itself acts as a Parihar.

Now, the Prarapth karma of that dosha has got cleared.

But, here is an important note:

Only if the committed violation is not so severe, such doshas are cleared, ie, wiped off through the parihars.

If the violations were habitual and very severe in the previous births, such doshas are not usually cleared with the parihars.

Because, the doshas expect us to face the similar reactions of that particular karma.

So, for forgivable offenses of previous births, we can clear that karma through some parihars.

(Naga Dosha (or) Rahu-Ketu Dosha (or) Sarpa Dosha – Details & Parihars! READ HERE!)

For unforgivable offenses, the parihars go waste because compared to the agony we gave to a person in the previous birth, the simple parihar done by us now can’t match.

That is why, we are advised to do more dhaan to the brahmanas and vaishnavas. Because, when we give dhaan, suitable part of our karma is transferred to the receiver of that dhaan.

Parihars always include some dhaan (donation) to the brahmanas or vaishnavas or even poor and needy people.

Even charitable activities can transfer part of our karma to the receivers.

When we keep on giving dhaan throughout our life stage by stage from our earnings also using majority for our own life, in due course of time, the negativities of our life come down gradually.

After cheating lakhs of rupees in the previous birth, if we donate just a meagre amount only once in this birth, that big karma won’t get cleared.

(PITRU DOSHA  – CAUSES, EFFECTS, PARIHARS (REMEDIES)!FAQs! READ HERE!)

One should give dhaan with free mind for a bearable level, also taking good care of the present and future needs of his family.

Similarly, if our doshas are found to be severe, we should take more serious Astro Remedies (Parihars) that can clear that major violation of previous birth.

For example, if our horoscope indicates that we had stopped marriage in our previous birth, we can fully support for a poor girl to get married bearing its cost and support. Her satisfaction may clear that past karma of stopping the marriage.  This is the purpose of performing Parihars.  That is why, we should keep on helping the people whenever we are given opportunity.

Planned Killing of a person or persons, Planned & habitual violations against the persons of opposite gender may not be cleared through Parihars. They will be pushed upon us and we too may be killed or cheated by the persons of opposite gender.

In case we perform serious and tough parihars for the above serious sins also, we may be given some token issues in this birth and that reaction is postponed to the next birth.

Simple and unplanned violations due to some unavoidable circumstances get cleared fully through suitable Astro Remedies (Parihars).

Above all, when we fully detach from the materialistic things and enter into Krishna Prema by seeing Krishna in everyone and everything, our karma is fully forgiven by the powerful devotion to Krishna.

But full material detachment and full Krishna Prema is not an easy process. It needs total surrender of our ego and desires to Krishna.

Hope you are clear whether Astro Remedies (Parihars) Clear Karma or Postpone Karma.
