How Radharani disappeared after Krishna left for Dwaraka?
“Harish Kumar Bhagwani” asked like this:
“We have heard about the beginning of the pastime of Srimati Radharani but not the way She wound up Her pastime. Can you please throw some light on this area?”
REPLY:
No bonafide scriptures mention the disappearance of Radharani.
Why?
Because Krishna and Radha are always one and without Radharani, Krishna has no energy because Radharani appeared from Krishna Himself at the will of Krishna.
So, when Krishna leaves this planet, Radharani too leaves as His energy.
(Were Radharani & Balarama elder than Krishna? Why? READ HERE!)
They could stay in separate places on earth as Radharani stayed back in Vrindavan itself when Krishna left for Dwaraka.
When the preplanned time came for Krishna to leave this planet, Krishna left and Radharani too did not exist after that.
Because Radharani can’t exist without Krishna and Vice versa.
They are One into One.
However, some later date scriptures that were not written by Veda Vyasa mention different stories that do not seem to be bonafide because they give less importance for “ONE INTO ONE” nature of Krishna and Radharani, but they give more emphasis for their playful lilas only.
For example, there are stories in local puranas that Radharani goes to Dwarka and meets Lord Krishna and in Dwaraka’s forest she leaves her mortal body after listening to Krishna’s flute. But, there is no such mention in bonafide scriptures like Srimad Bhagavatham, Vishnu Purana, etc.

Since those descriptions of lilas were written by the authors who did not exist at the time of the lilas, we need not take them as bonafide. They may LOOK INTERESTING, but, they may or may not not be true.
Since Bhagavatham was written by Vyasadeva Himself, the data given there are enough for our spiritual advancement.
We should not give more than the required emphasis for the LILAS PART of Krishna and Radharani because they were their personal lilas.
However, understanding the curiosity of a few devotees, let us see a reference from one of our prominent Gaudiya Vaishnava Acharya Sri Rupa Goswami about what happened to Radharani after Krishna left for Dwaraka and how Radharani disappeared, ie, left this world.
Rupa Goswami’s “Lalitha Madhava” states:
After Krishna left for Dwaraka, the Gopis in Vrindavan could not control their grief.
The Situation of Radharani was serious and she did not like to live at all.
So, Radharani entered into the River Yamuna to give up her life.
(Is it true that Radharani is Krishna’s maternal aunt? READ HERE!)
But, Yamuna, who is also a part of their lilas, did not allow Radharani to die. Yamuna handed over Radharani to her father Sun God.
As instructed by Krishna, the Sun God handed Over Radharani along with her Samantaka Jewel to the Lord’s devotee called SATRAJIT who had no child.
Satrajit accepted Radharani as his daughter naming her as Satyabama.
Then, as per the arrangement of the Lord, Satrajit gave Satyabama (Radharani) in marriage to Krishna in Dwaraka along with her samantaka Jewel.
Thus, Krishna and Radha united again.
When Krishna left this planet, Radharani (Satyabama) too left with him.
Thus, there are different versions of references.
The above one alone is from the Prominent acharya Sri Rupa Goswami that can be considered as somewhat acceptable.
Beyond this, we need not analyze a matter that was not recorded even in Srimad Bhagavatham, Vishnu Purana, Caitanya Caritamruta, etc.
Hope you are clear now about how Radharani disappeared after Krishna left for Dwaraka.
