Should the devotees aim to mingle one with Krishna?
A devotee (who requested not to publish her name) asked me like this:
“Hare Krishna Prabhuji. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! I read in a page like this: “All the Saints have repeatedly said that this is the time (birth) to meet the Lord and become one with Him, but if neglected, it will not come easily to hand again”. My question is: “All saints” means, Has Srila Prabhupada said like this? Please clear my doubt. (I am sharing yr posts regularly)”

Srila Prabhupada never said like this. Only the mayavadhic saints claim that we can become ONE with Lord.
That is why, we are told to follow only one siddhantha / media/ guru at a time to avoid confusion after hearing hundreds of concepts. Srila Prahupada asks us not to read mayavadic way of preaching, because, they are offensive.
This concept of becoming one with Krishna is strongly condemned by Sri Caitanya Maha Prabhu and Srila Prabhupada.
How that concept is offensive?
Sun is there. Sun’s rays are spread everywhere. The rays originate from the sun. The rays have the same qualities of sun in SMALL QUANTITY. Because of that, can we call the sun and sun rays are equal? Can the evolved sun rays mingle with the sun again?
Similarly, Krishna is like sun. We are the minute particles of Krishna. So, we too have all the characteristics of Krishna in small quantities. Just because, we have the same qualities of Krishna in small quantities, can we say that we and Krishna are equal?
Without equality, how can two things mingle? You know as per Chemistry, only those two liquids having same density can mingle. Can an oil drop mingle with water?
Similarly, the potencies of Krishna and ourselves are far far far away and we can’t compare. So, we can never mingle with Krishna.
But, we can mingle with the brahma jothi that is emanating from Krishna. This is called MUKTHI. This is not mingling with Krishna directly that is impossible.
Even if you mingle with the brahma jothi attaining mukthi, you will not have any identity and you will lose your identity. You will not do anything because you will not exist.
If we develop a desire of serving Krishna, it is possible because we do not like to become equal to Krishna though it is not possible. Such genuine desires to serve Krishna can give you a life in Krishna’s Kingdom itself and you can serve Krishna there without a need to come back to the material worlds.
That is why Srila Prabhupada spoke much about serving Krishna. We can’t mingle with Krishna, but, we can serve Krishna in Goloka.
So, one should not desire to mingle with Krishna, but, go to Goloka and serve Krishna having a spiritual body. This is what Sri Caitanya Maha Prabhu and Srila Prabhupada taught us.
So, as a devotee who is practicing Krishna Consciousness in highest platform, stop reading such manufactured & offensive writings that will corrupt your spirituality level. This is my kind request for you as a fellow devotee.
