Boss Management -Story
Our colleague Rohan avoids all office work but is master at buttering our boss Mr. Ganesh Chadda.
He does all work as per Boss’ orders.
Apart from Boss’s official work, he does all his personal tasks like depositing son’s college fee, buying daughter’s dance costume, car servicing job, complete son’s project work, just about everything.
Obviously, Rohan is the favourite of MD Saheb and gets all incentives and promotions.
We are repenting because the Boss is not as happy with us.
One day, we got sudden news about MD saheb’s mother’s demise.
We all ran to his house with a very sad face as if our mother has expired!
Surprisingly Rohan was not to be seen anywhere in Boss’s Bungalow leading to everyone speculating about Rohan being absent.
We arranged for vehicle furnished with garlands and Boss’s mother was taken to crematorium.
But there were 16 bodies in the queue for electric burning.
With each body taking 3 hrs to burn, cremation would not be possible before sunset. Boss’s was red faced and upset.
Suddenly, the 2nd body sat up.
Everyone ran helter skelter.
To our utter surprise we discovered it was none other than Rohan.
He appraised the MD Saheb:
“Sir, Our number is 2nd, I was waiting from the morning, lying as a dead body.”
We were stunned to see his level of commitment.
Even in the crematorium, this man scored.
It’s tough being select grade. We gave up that day!!
MORAL:
COMMITMENT GIVES SUCCESS IN ALL OUR ACTIVITIES. BOSS MANAGEMENT IS A KEY FOR SUCCESS IN JOB.
