Whole world belongs to Krishna – Story!

Whole world belongs to Krishna – Story!

Krishna comes to Hastinapura.

Decorative arches all over the streets.

Krishna was welcomed with a full kumbha honours.

Krishna gets down from his chariot to welcome Bhishma and Drona.

Huge palaces as far as the eye can see!

Krishna asks: “There is a house painted green and stands like a leaf floating in the flood! Whose house is that?”

“Is that my house?” says Dronacharya.

Krishna asks: “Another house is painted red and stands majestically with a red shape! Whose house is that?”

Kripacharya says: “Madava! That is my house.”

Krishna asks: “Whose house is painted yellow and stands like Mount Meru?”

Bhishma says: “Vasudeva, that is my house.”

Krishna asks: “Whose house is painted blue and radiates like the endless black ocean?”

Ashwatthama says: “Rishikesa.. that is my house.”

Krishna asks: “It is slightly white in color and has the quality of satva, like the ocean of milk and the Kailash, and it is the supreme sattvic! Whose house is that?”

Vidura says: “Kanha.. that’s your house!”

Vidura does not say that it is his house, but nicely says that it is Krishna’s house because all are the properties of Krishna.  So, Krishna chooses to stay in Vidura’s house.

Krishna asks:  “My house? I thought I didn’t even have half a foot of land in this Hastinapura… When I have such a big house shown by Vidura, should I stay in someone else’s house?”

Bhishma and Kripa invited Krishna to their respective houses.

“I am going to my house.” – Saying this, Krishna entered Vidura’s house.

MORAL:

God loves only those who have the feeling of surrender that everything belongs to the God.

The Lord resides in the heart of the one who cuts off the attachment of ‘mine’!
