Why fall down gives birth in Brahmana family, not Vaishnava Family?
Lakshit Mahajan asked like this:
“Hare Krishna, All glories to Srila Prabhupada, In Narad bhaktisutra and various scriptures states that, if any devotee fails to complete his devotion in his present life, then he will get another chance to born in a wealthy or Brahmin family. But also scriptures states a Vaishnava’s superiority from a brahmin. So,what is the meaning of birth in brahmin family here??
Thank u.”
REPLY:
(1) Yes, This verse of Bhagavad Gita (6.41) that is the basis of your question why next birth in Brahmana family, not Vaishnava family if we fall down.
BG 6.41:
“The unsuccessful yogī, after many, many years of enjoyment on the planets of the pious living entities, is born into a family of righteous people, or into a family of rich aristocracy.”

(2) Same is discussed in this verse of Srimad Bhagavatham:
SB 1.5.19:
My dear Vyāsa, even though a devotee of Lord Kṛṣṇa sometimes falls down somehow or other, he certainly does not undergo material existence like others [fruitive workers, etc.] because a person who has once relished the taste of the lotus feet of the Lord can do nothing but remember that ecstasy again and again.
FROM THE PURPORT BY SRILA PRABHUPADA:
……..A neophyte devotee foolishly thinks of accumulating some material power in exchange for devotional service. Such foolish devotees are sometimes put into difficulty by the Lord Himself. As a special favor, He may remove all material paraphernalia. By such action, the bewildered devotee is forsaken by all friends and relatives, and so he comes to his senses again by the mercy of the Lord and is set right to execute his devotional service.
In the Bhagavad-gītā it is also said that such fallen devotees are given a chance to take birth in a family of highly qualified brāhmaṇas or in a rich mercantile family. A devotee in such a position is not as fortunate as one who is chastised by the Lord and put into a position seemingly of helplessness. The devotee who becomes helpless by the will of the Lord is more fortunate than those who are born in good families. The fallen devotees born in a good family may forget the lotus feet of the Lord because they are less fortunate, but the devotee who is put into a forlorn condition is more fortunate because he swiftly returns to the lotus feet of the Lord, thinking himself helpless all around.”

Here, Srila Prabhupada says that though given birth in rich or brahmin family, all those fallen devotees may not practice devotion perfectly from that new good birth.
He says that the devotees who are given more problems are more fortunate than those who take birth in a brahmin or rich family.
This shows that as Krishna Himself said, only one fortunate devotee among thousands of devotees will think of Krishna.
So, getting the birth in a brahmin family or a rich family is not a guarantee to get entry into the kingdom of Krishna. However, if a devotee is wise and fortunate, he will make use of that comfortable birth in a brahmin family or rich family to practice devotion comfortably.
The point is that, a devotee should not waste the birth in a rich family or brahmana family and he should practice devotion better.

Ok, Why next birth in Brahmana family, not Vaishnava family if we fall down?
A birth in a Vaishnava family is given if the devotee dies in the middle while following devotion without fall down, but had some trace of material attachment. It is not a fallen condition because he did not commit violations.
But, a fallen devotee commits violations while following devotion in this birth. So, he need not be given birth in a Vaishnava family. That is why his next birth will be in a brahmana family that is a material status. From that brahmana family, he has to rise to the Vaishnava status.
Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita (9.32):
“O son of Pṛthā, those who take shelter in Me, though they be of lower birth – women, vaiśyas [merchants] and śūdras [workers] – can attain the supreme destination.”
This is the guarantee given by Krishna. Then, what is the barrier for a brahmin to attain Supreme destination?
Hope you are now clear about why fall down gives birth in Brahmana family, not Vaishnava Family.
