Is Automatic Transmigration within the human births possible?

Hope you are doing well in your health and able to concentrate on your services to Vaishanvas. Although I am sure whatever health or any other issue which we may think is affecting you, but it must be rather bringing you closer to Guru and Krishna and enhance your realizations.
Prabhuji, I had one question or doubt which I request you to please provide some clarity as per your convenience.
Out of 80 lakhs aquatics, insects, plant, birds and animal species a soul helplessly transmigrates or elevates in a predetermined order (from whichever stage he enters) till human form.
But out of the available 4 lakh human species, (which he must be getting probably based on his previous human birth karma & Consciousness) is there any transmigration or elevation within human form also? If so how it’s decided.
To me logically it appears there may not be any transmigration within human forms but since I do not have full access to bona-fide shastras I putforth this query to your self.
Please be merciful to clarify my doubt.”

No. It is not possible.
Automatic transmigration happens only when a living being functions as preplanned and without using its freewill.
Freewill means decision making opportunity to do or avoid something.
This Freewill gives freedom to do anything as a person likes.

Humans alone have that freewill.
A living being functions as per the Pre-programmed formula.
For example –
For a goat,
“Hungry? Eat only grass, not other animals.”
For a Tiger –
“Hungry? Eat only animals, not the grass or vegetables”
The pre-programmed tigers never eat grass and the goats never eat other animals.
They have been programmed to protect themselves by biting others only when they feel insecured.
Crows don’t save food for future, but ants save food for future.

Even a gigantic elephant has been programmed to obey the controls of its Mahout who is its boss.
But the same mahout, ie, man who controls his elephant, fears seeing a small cobra.
Thus, every living being has unique programming.
They have no freedom to function violating that programming.
That means, they all just do their pre-programmed activities. So, no karma for them.
Only if a living being does something with a plan for its benefit, it will add karma.
So, the birds, animals, etc transmigrate as per pre-programming, not thru their freewill.
Humans can make plans and change their actions as they like using their freewill.
Since part of their actions are based on their freewill, they have to add new karma that will decide their next birth.

Humans have only three choices:
(i) Involve in Good and bad deeds and transmigrate, ie, get rebirth, in a body decided based on your current activities in a suitable planet – heavens, hells, earth or other worlds.
(ii) Stop attachments and stop further births attaining mukti, ie, salvation.
(iii) Stop attachments and have spontaneous love for Krishna and go back to the Spiritual planets including Vaikunta and Goloka.
The humans can even become animals if they lead a life with animal nature.
Thus, a man can decide to become an animal in his next birth.
But, an animal becoming a human is not in its hands because that animal can’t do anything on its own and they do not have capacity to act like a human.
A human can act like an animal, but an animal can’t act like a man.
So, automatic transmigration is not possible for humans and they take births, ie, bodies based on their activities in the current and previous births.
