SHOW OF GRATITUDE – STORY
(A Real Incident happened in the USA)
A few years ago a humpback whale was caught in a net in California, USA.
The whale could not swim because the ropes were entangled all over its body.
Conservationists planned to decapitate the 50-foot-long whale.
A man can be killed even by a gentle wave of the whale’s tail.
What to say how it will behave after the ropes are cut.
However, they decided to cut the ropes.
They cut the ropes.
The whale rolled its eyes and glared at everyone
After untying the bandages, it swam happily into the sea.
Then something happened that surprised everyone.
The giant whale returned.
Then, the whale came near every man who cut the ropes.
The Whale gently nudged them with his face as its expression of its thanks.
Everyone was surprised.
The act of that Whale showed a great moral that even many men do not follow.
It is Showing the Gratitude and Thanks fopr those who helped us in critical times.
The men helped the Whale to be free.
They feared that it may finish them without gratitude because they had seen many unthankful people.
But, the Whale, unlike many men, showed its gratitude by individually thanking every man who took part in freeing him.
What is special in this story?
Even the humans are forgetting the show of gratitude by being selfish. But, the animals are still showing their gratitude more than the humans.
For example, if we offer some food or biscuit for a dog just one day, it will become our loyal companion and the dog will always be wandering near our house.
Cows, bulls, Cats, etc., show their gratitude even for our small support to them.
But, Lack of gratitude exists only among the human population.
The American press then published with astonishment that even whales have a way to show gratitude.
