Why India is losing its glorious culture though Spiritually advanced?

(1) Our country India is actually the most spiritual country in the world. So how did the devotional downfall happen? Why adopt foreign culture and ignore own great culture. What are the reasons behind it? Are there anyways to restore it, or it’s just our culture is doomed?
(2) We worship our great holy rivers as mothers, so why are we spoiling it? Not only that what’s the reason behind misbehaving of the people and acting like animals in temples like tirupati or jagnnath etc others. Why are people losing their basic civic sense.
(3) What are the those 8 Chiranjeevis purpose is? Why god kept them in the kaliyuga? Also why can’t they try to establish dharma? Also why even let dharma decline when these great people can stop it.

Your worry is genuine. You ask:
“Why Indians don’t value our glorious spiritual culture and how could they allow downfall? Why Chiranjeevis don’t try to restore Indian spiritual culture though they are still alive?”
The reason is simple.

There are two reasons:
(1) Yuga Purushas will not allow their domination to be diluted by anyone and anything. That means, every yuga is controlled by a controlling person. Kali purusha controls kali yuga. Dvapar purusha controls Dvapar yuga and so on.
Kaliyuga is programmed by the creator Himself to have three fourth of adharma and One fourth of dharma.
So, kaliyuga will actively cause such a deterioration of dharma.
It will allow only one fourth of dharma to exist in this world in kaliyuga.
That is what existing now.
Majority, say 75% of the people have been corrupted with the influence of kali purusha in this kaliyuga.
This ratio or percentage will always be maintained by this kaliyuga.
Everything should be reduced in this kaliyuga as per the programming of creations.
Not only dharma, even the lifetime of people have also been reduced in this kaliyuga.

That is why, even the sadhanas that will take one to the God have also been simplified. Just chanting the Lord’s Names will take one to the God in this kaliyuga, whereas the sadhanas were tough and long in other yugas.
When Dvapar yuga ended, Krishna left this planet because Krishna avatar is meant for Dvapar yuga. So, He left this planet once the kaliyuga started.
Thus, even the creator Krishna honoured the features of kaliyuga and left allowing Kalipurusha to continue his adharmic acts. At the same time, Krishna also allows any person who likes to follow sadhanas and attain Him.
Thus Krishna allows both the deterioration impacted by Kalipurusha and devotees to exist in this kaliyuga.
So, in this kaliyuga, most of the people will be pretenders or public violators and some good people will also exist and follow dharma.
Thus, in this kaliyuga, both dharma and its detrerioratiomn will coexist.
At the end of kaliyuga, everything will go and Satya yuga wil start in which all the people will follow dharma.
So, in this kaliyuga, in India, deterioration of dharma exist.
No part of this world is exempted from this deterioration.
Along with this deterioration, dharma will coexist as minority among one fourth of the people.
That is what we are seeing now.

It is the formula of creations.
During the start of Creations the dharma will exist abundantly and deterioration will continue to exist and everything will be finished during the Pralaya.
Then creations will start again.
Thus, deterioration of dharma is also a feature of creations.

Until the people lived in the kingdom of the Lord, they were pure without the contamination of karma.
But when they developed envy seeing the Lord being served by innumerable devotees there, they were sent to this material world so that they can try to lead others as wished by them.
But this material world does not have pure people. Only the conditioned souls can exist in this material world.
This material world contains such conditioned people who are controlled/ conditioned by their karma.

So, they are given freewill also to choose not to sin though others commit sins.
But, they too start to commit sins seeing others induced by desire.
Once they commit sins, they have to take birth again and face the reactions of their sins of previous births.
So, they face those reactions and again involve in sins.
Until they remain conditioned like this, they have to continue to face the four pains of material world – birth, disease, old age and death.
The people who involve in sins will increase in kaliyuga day by day.
Then, at a point, this planet will be cleansed again after the start of Satya yuga again.
Then, again deterioration continues yuga after yuga.
This is the order of these creations.
So, we should use our freewill and escape from this material world.
Use that option that is a great boon for us. Just chant Hare Krishna and develop material detachment and attachment to Krishna.

You will get a life with no pains, no deterioration of dharma and no birth and death, in ths kingdom of the Lord.
Finally, your question about the Chranjeevis.
They will exist invisibly and will keep blessing those who worship them.
But, those chiranjeevis do not have power to wipe off our karma.
So, though those chiranjeevis exist, we will continue to commit sins driven by our own karma.
Only if we decide to escape from these conditioned state and to get Krishna, we can stop these deteriration/ decline of dharma.
Until we do that, we have to see these deterioration even in India.
No part of this world is exempted from the effects of Kali except the place where the Lord’s Names are chanted and sung.
