Everything is destined – Story!

Everything is destined – Story!

Whatever you are destined, It will definitely be given to you.

This is the perfect system of God.

A king, in a temple, was giving alms on the occasion of his child’s birthday.

Then a very poor man came.

He stood in line.

The faces of others who saw him frowned and they stood aside.

Realizing this, the poor man thought that they did not like him, and hence instead of standing in line, he stood aside thinking that he will buy after everyone has received alms.

Time was passing.

As he stayed away, all those who came behind him received alms.

Some people took alms and laughed at him and went away.

Although he did not open his mouth and kept silence, he had sadness in the heart.

How long do we have to wait to get even the alms given to everyone?

How much struggle?

How insulting?

‘What sins did I commit in the past life and are we suffering like this?’

He accepted his fate.

Having waited until the evening, he thought ‘Father, Lord… Why did you make me born in such a lowly birth?”

He looked at the temple tower and said in his heart, sat down in the pond near the temple.

He washed his face with pool water in his hand and sat down on the steps tiredly.

After giving alms, the king walked down the steps.

“What…have you eaten?”

The king asked the poor man who was looking at his face in the pond from a distance of ten feet.

Not knowing that it was the king who was asking, “The whole city has eaten.. It’s as if hunger is written in my fate today, sir,” answered the poor man in despair, looking at the pool water without turning his face.

His reply melted the king’s heart.

The king thought:

‘On my first child’s birthday, we organized alms so that none of the villagers would go to bed hungry? An innocent poor person was left like this’

Then, the king went near him and placed his hand on his shoulder and asked:

‘Excuse me… are you very hungry?’

The poor man woke up, startled to find a man with a crown on his head, rings on his ears, sacred ashes on his forehead and kindness on his face that was reflected in the pool water.

He replied:

‘King… Earlier, I answered while sitting without knowing it was you. I beg you to forgive me.’

The king saw his character.

He laughed out loud. ‘Come… Today you are going to have a feast with me, queen and the child,’ he said without letting him speak, he got into his chariot and rushed to the palace.

He gave him one of the new clothes he had bought for himself, ‘Go take a shower and come back.’

The Poor man came after taking a bath and wearing a new robe.

The king gave a delicious feast.

After eating he gave a mug full of gold coins in his hand:

The king said: ‘From today you are not poor… With this money, do the job you want honestly and live with honor.”

The eyes of the poor man, who had been silent till then, burst into tears.

‘Why are you crying?’ asked the king.

“Until now I only thought that I was born poor, the king… It was at this moment that I realized that I was a natural born idiot,” he said.

The king asked why he was saying that.

The Poor man replied:

“I saw the tower today and for the first time in my life I asked the Lord why you are keeping me like this… Within minutes of asking, he sent you and changed my fate. I have been a fool to this day not understanding that if we ask God, He will give us many times more than what we have asked for,”

He cried.

MORAL:

If you need something, ask the right person. If you are destined, you will get what you wanted. If you don’t get one, God will give you something better than average. Everything is destined!
